Find an OCD Support Group. Support group’s help you realize that there are people who are with you in your struggles. Support groups provide a venue in sharing your experience or learning from others who have a similar condition like you.
Learn relaxation techniques. Practicing the art of meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and other stress relief strategies can lessen the anxiety associated with obsessive-compulsive disorder 14.
