ieTherapy values our users' privacy. As a general rule, we only collect the information we need to give you the best experience at ieTherapy possible.
We collect and update information about users of ieTherapy' services, suppliers and other individuals we deal with in our day-to-day business. We may obtain this information as a result of direct contact with you and also automatically via your use of our services.
How We Use Collected Information
If you are registered to use a service, ieTherapy may contact you to obtain feedback on that service and any improvements we could make to it.
Mail Address Privacy
ieTherapy is particularly aware of our users concerns for email privacy.
Mail addresses which we collect (i.e. for newsletter subscriptions, user contacts, etc.) are not sold or given to third parties. However, the ieTherapy newsletters may include advertisements which our users may be interested in for products, services and/or information supplied by third parties.
Use of Cookie Technology
Cookies are small bits of information sent to your computer usually for tracking purposes to give users a customized experience. We and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) and/or other third-party identifiers together. We use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reports to anticipate what users may be interested in to help us provide those things. Visitors can opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features we use, including through Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, etc. Google Analytics for instance, can be opted out via this addon.
Use of IP Addresses
We collect an IP address when a user visits our Site. Generally, an IP address is a number assigned to your computer by a router, server, hub, or switch that can help identify your computer on the Internet. We use this data for general statistics, for dynamic content, and for click fraud prevention.
For Parents and Users
We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the content on ieTherapy is clean and safe to view. However, an inappropriate link, block of text, or image from a third party may appear on occasion. We apologize for this but we do not take responsibility for third party content or links, since we have little or no control over the dynamic content we receive from third parties such as Google, Bizrate, Chitika, EntireWeb, and others. We do incorporate content filters, which may disable some non-affiliate links that our system deems as adult content. Such links are evaluated on a continual basis.
